With this initiative, the City of Paris is supporting and promoting exemplary architectural projects by owners and project managers, as part of the new Paris bioclimatic urban development plan. The prize: to receive support from a dedicated team from the City of Paris and increased visibility for the selected projects.

What are the terms of selection?

Applications will be examined and then selected on the basis of criteria of exemplarity. These projects of high environmental performance devront illustrer un ou plusieurs de ces critères :

• Functional diversity
• Transformation of offices into housing
• Implementation of reserved parking spaces
• Vegetation
• Elevation
• Innovative use
• City events

The decision to organize a project management competition will be an advantage for the selection of sites.
