How ESG criteria are redefining the valuation of commercial real estate assets

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria are now an essential component of a company's non-financial performance in France. The real estate sector is no exception to the rule and all players in the value chain are increasingly integrating them into their strategy. A better understanding of the impact of ESG criteria on the valuation of real estate and identifying the strategies of the players to make this new tool an asset in the service of value creation are the issues that will be addressed during this conference.

BUILDING IMPACT 2025-2030: Shaping the Future of Greater Paris in a Changing World

Wisdom and economic history teach us that opportunities lie at the heart of every crisis. Large-scale projects are a guarantee of stability and opportunity. If the Grand Paris Express project is being talked about all over Europe and across the Atlantic, it is in particular because it aims to strengthen the position of the leading European region and promotes a structured vision in an uncertain and changing period. Yes, the investment opportunities are there and the Île-de-France region still has major assets. This sequence addresses the 5 main themes dealt with during the 3 days of Mipim: Environmental value, the impact of AI, urban recycling, the legacy of Paris 2024 and new living spaces with station districts.
